Design change to increase footprint
New three-storey, four-bedroom house
The brief was to demolish the existing property and create a brand new three-storey, four-bedroom home in a prime spot with stunning views of the islands.
During the project Breton overcame a number of challenging issues, including the client’s subcontractors and suppliers going into liquidation. The design of the new build also changed during the construction phase, footprint of the desired property increased during the build. The professionalism of our workmen meant they adapted without any problems.
