Louie is in his second year at the College of Further Education studying City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Bricklaying. Having been part of the previous company, he finds it refreshing to see processes brought in, taking building into the future. Louie’s favourite part of the job is the satisfaction of completing projects, knowing that he has been part of the team constructing it. Looking to the future, Louie is keen to start working independently and would hope that on completion of his studies, he will act as mentor for future apprentices. Outside work, Louie is a keen footballer and captains Rovers Under 18s Railway League Division 2/3.
