We were approached by a client who had recently acquired a property in Fort George with the intention of undertaking a full redevelopment. From the outset, we worked closely with the client to appoint a team of consultants and guide the project through the planning process.

Following successful approval, we managed the demolition of the existing structure and commenced construction of the new property.

The build is currently underway and progressing well, with completion expected by December 2026.
